Job Highlights
- The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning maintenance activities based on SAP work notifications as well as PM plans. This includes development of weekly schedules for mechanics and contractors, ensuring parts are on hands, coordinate with production, and performing the necessary SAP work to close work orders.
- Support Maintenance Manager & Plant Team by assessing equipment reliability and developing PM plans in SAP, ensuring PM plans are planned appropriately with maintenance personnel and contractors to complete the work ontime.
- Maintain adequate stock in the maintenance storeroom by setting / assessing / adjusting inventory target levels, taking frequent inventories of parts, using SAP to create purchase requisitions to maintain inventory as well as receive deliveries and restock storeroom. Purchase and receive parts for work orders as needed.
- Support plant by performing maintenance when necessary to ensure efficient operations. Perform maintenance during shutdowns as well where needed.
- Maintain SAP data such as equipment criticality, maintenance part purchasing information, parts lists, and max / min parts, inventory targets.
- Receive parts. In order to maintain required inventory, must be able to recognize / understand correct parts and correct supplies and equipment that is required.
