Technical Leadership
- Lead the Science & Application, R&D, and Analytic teams.
- Efficiently manage personnel, expenses, and projects.
- Drive innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for North American products.
- Optimize product offerings for competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand business.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Provide technical support and instill confidence.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee local and global R&D projects.
- Represent the region in global initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across teams.
- Function as site manager for Wilmington location.
- Coordinate site-related issues (security, policies).
- Raise visibility in the regional technical community.
- Represent the company in relevant associations and committees.
- Be a thought leader in biocidal applications.
- Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or comparable degree. Doctorate Degree in a science field of advantage.
- In-depth understanding of biocidal regulations.
- Proficient knowledge of Biocidal products and applications.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with customer-centric approach.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills are a must.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- This is a HYBRID role with the expectation to be on-site at the Wilmington, Delaware location several days per week every week.
