WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM
As a Dispatch Team Lead - Dispatcher, your day kicks off at 7 AM, orchestrating the schedules of our skilled HVAC technicians. You expertly manage daily routes, ensuring our customers receive prompt, top-notch service. As the frontline for customer inquiries, you provide exceptional support and resolve service requests with ease. Leading the dispatch team, you foster a collaborative and positive environment. By 5 PM, you've tackled scheduling challenges, solved customer issues, and tracked key performance metrics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations all day long.
