A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you are indispensable to our success! In order to provide our clients with the very best in HVAC and plumbing services, we need someone to attend to the details and keep our office running efficiently. You are always ready to help as you quickly answer phones or assist walk-in customers and vendors at our front desk. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us.
You are also responsible for updating customer data information, as well as assisting with a variety of tasks, such as making follow-up service calls and supporting any direct marketing done by the company. Additionally, you cross-train with the dispatching function to support the maintenance team. Your attention to detail and accuracy helps keep our business running smoothly.
But, really, it's not what you do, so much as how you do it. You are good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Basic computer and office machine skills
