A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PLUMBER ASSISTANT / ENTRY-LEVEL PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
Eager to learn as a Plumber Assistant / Entry-Level Plumbing Technician, you ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to. As you go out in the field with experienced plumbers to help install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, plumbing, and drainage systems for both commercial and residential customers they mentor and train you. From properly communicating with clients to properly installing and servicing systems, you pay close attention. You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you in order to expand your knowledge and skills. This includes spending some of your time taking classes. You like being part of our team and are excited to advance in a stable and well-paid skilled trade!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record
- Be mechanically inclined and have a knack for customer service
- No experience necessary
- Able and willing to work from a 28' extension ladder, from 12' step ladders, in small spaces, and in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting/moving objects up to 100 lbs
