Job Summary
Our Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our legal team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Quick Books. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial reporting with the handling of the firm's business and trust accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the attorneys and legal staff.
- Perform regular banking reconciliation for the business and trust accounts
- Perform monthly payments of bills for the firm.
- Input attorneys' timesheets into the system.
- Prepare and forward monthly invoices to clients.
- Deal with clients and handle incoming calls.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Keep organized necessary documentation and information for annual tax preparation.
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
