Main Responsibilities
Onsite System Implementation, Configuration, and Customer Acceptance
· Technical lead for onsite installation, configuration and acceptance
· Technical service lead for the onsite mechanical installation team
· System software, hardware, and network configuration of product devices (wired/wireless)
· System client / server Database implementation with archive and remote backup configuration
· Coordinate system implementation on hospital LAN and connectivity to remote DICOM devices (TPS, TDS, TMS)
· Assist hospital IT with configuring system on hospital LAN and within hospital-based cybersecurity, encryption, and AD requirements.
· Perform product acceptance testing and calibration according to product acceptance procedures and measure the product’s performance against products baseline specifications.
· Perform customer technical training on operating and performing routine QA on system.
· Complete supporting technical documentation and reporting
· Travel requirements 50-75%
Pre-Installation Project Planning
· Coordinate with hospital IT staff to complete the necessary IT survey documentation prior to system installation. Including cybersecurity, PHI (if applicable), encryption, DoD, WIFI, BT, QoS, etc. requirements.
· Coordinate with hospital staff on all necessary pre-installation electrical, power backups, remote access, and network requirements for implementation of computer/hardware.
· Assist in the creation of technical drawings and manuals including cabling, computer topology, and network diagrams.
· Coordinate and support LAP hardware and clinical implementation during the project planning process.
Offsite Onsite Technical Support
· Serve as advanced remote support and provide triage training for help desk
· Support clinical team with onsite support and post commissioning onsite service support for software and computer hardware troubleshooting and resolution.
· Onsite and remote software upgrades and remote configuration of system hardware and software components.
· Remote position with travel required 50-75% including some weekends
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
· BS in related fields: medical physics, computer science, electrical engineering, computer information systems, biomedical engineering or equivalent
· Related certifications Preferred: Networking certification, Cybersecurity certification, Database, Server certifications.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
· Cybersecurity
· Wired and Wifi Networks
· Client/server architecture
· PC and network administration
· Knowledge of switches and routing
· DICOM knowledge preferred
· Experience in AD administration
· Database administration
· Computer systems hardware and cabeling
· Radiation Therapy and hospital IT network requirements knowledge preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
