- Overseeing Stock Levels and Ordering Supplies
- Achieving and Maintaining Food Cost Goal
- Recruiting, Training and Supervising Staff
- Preparing and Managing Budgets
- Consulting with FOH Regarding Menu Adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with Licensing, Hygiene and Health and Safety Codes and Guidelines
- Establishing and Enforcing Standards for Personnel, Administration, and Food
- Conducting Pre-Shift Line-Ups
- Communicating with FOH to Answer Customer Inquiries and Resolve Complaints
- Maintaining Statistical and Financial records
