Job Summary

The Landscape Laborer will work with a variety of tools and equipment, contributing to both routine maintenance and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including edging lawns.
- Assist in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Engage in shrub pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
- Build and maintain garden beds, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Dig holes for planting or installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Participate in groundskeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team members on larger landscaping projects, providing support as needed.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance practices and plant care is beneficial.
- Ability to build structures or features as part of landscape design is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping equipment and tools.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
