What You’ll Do: As our Wellness Concierge & Project Coordinator, you’ll make a difference every day by:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, fostering lasting connections through personalized service.
- Managing memberships, retention strategies, and guest satisfaction initiatives to create loyal, lifelong clients.
- Leading special projects, wellness initiatives, and events that innovate and enhance our offerings.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service Expertise:
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a customer-facing role, preferably in spa, wellness, or hospitality settings.

Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with booking and scheduling software (such as Vagaro, MindBody, or similar platforms) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-Solving Ability:
- A solution-oriented mindset to address guest complaints, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Leadership Traits:
- Ability to mentor and guide front desk staff, ensuring adherence to high guest recovery and engagement standards.
Self-Starter Mindset:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and create structure in a new position.
Attention to Detail:
- Precision in managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in booking and financial transactions.

Educational Background:
