Pediatric Private Duty LPN Role
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to patients in the LaPlace area. The ideal candidate will possess strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be able to work flexible schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care as prescribed by physicians to acutely ill, and/or chronically ill patients in their homes.
- Record clinical and progress notes, ensuring seamless coordination of other patient care activities/services to guarantee optimal patient care outcomes.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor, adhering to state laws governing the practice of nursing and agency policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous home care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
