Requirements
LaPlaya Club Dining Room is now looking for a motivated, friendly, organized, and team-oriented people to join our award-winning restaurant. Our Club Dining Room is uniquely situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, which has the most vivid west coast sunsets and will provide daily inspiration as we work toward our goal of giving the highest service quality and member’s experience. Our Club is set apart from the others in Naples because of our wonderful members and a great team! LaPlaya Beach Club has one of the best teams that make it a Premier Club for the last 20 plus years!
We are looking for someone who loves to smile, have a fun work culture, loves to meet people while making new friends. At the LaPlaya Club, we will give you all required training and tools to set you up for success! The best suited for this position will have the following background:
- Basic understanding of hospitality and service industry
- Previous upscale restaurant/private club server experience preferred
- Hospitable, positive upbeat personality, work well on a team, desire to learn, and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail, desire to do a fantastic job
