The JOB :
Retail Inventory Management Associate - part-time
As a member of the LaPlaya Boutique, the Retail Inventory Management Associate is primarily responsible for merchandising inventory while also supporting the sales team on the boutique floor as needed. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service by accurately retrieving and restocking merchandise.
- Inventory Management : Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom. Ensure accurate product labeling.
- Stockroom Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, countable and safe stockroom environment. Arrange products systematically for easy accessibility to team members. Sales Support : Provide support to sales associates by retrieving requested items promptly and accurately.
- Product Knowledge : Become familiar with the products and inventory locations to quickly fulfill requests and assist with product inquiries.
- Merchandise Restocking : Assisting in restocking the sales floor as needed, ensuring popular items are replenished promptly.
- General Assistance : Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including helping on the sales floor during busy periods or special events.
