Performing tasks shall be accomplished in adherence to the policies set forth by the company. Candidates should be able to provide our customers with superior customer service to build positive working relationships, customer loyalty and brand representation.
In this role, you will serve customers by providing product information; assisting with inquiries, processing orders and providing service to a large network of commercial accounts. Our fast paced work environment coupled with a non-intrusive sales approach means our Sales Representatives aren’t caught up in a typical high pressure sales world.
Tasks, Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications include the following but not limited to.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and purchasing
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Servicing and pursuing commercial accounts
- Processing sales orders
- Assist with customer problem solving
- Distributing shipping and pricing quotes to customers
- Ability to work in a team oriented office environment
- Self-driven to pursue new sales leads
- Understanding of wholesale, retail, and dealer pricing programs
- Familiarity in marine industry / recreation preferred.
