What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Order Support Associate position at LAPP Tannehill?
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating quotes and providing price and product availability information to customers
• Assisting with sourcing as required
• Aligning with outside representatives to ensure customer information, sales opportunities, and activities are accurately recorded and kept up to date in CRM
• Following up on quotations by contacting customers by phone, email, or through outside sales representatives
You will also have the opportunity to:
• Call existing customers with the intent of adding sales revenue
• Partner with regional sales managers to align direction
• Maintain strategic accounts and account responsibilities for assigned states
