LAPP Tannehill is a leading global company in cable and connection technology. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products and capabilities, driving business growth and development in your assigned region.


About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth goals focused on wire, cable, and connector space.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of sales initiatives and strategies that support sales and gross profit goals.
  • Ensure District Sales Managers comply with CRM usage standards and implement regular account planning activities.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Sales Team North, ensuring daily performance excellence.
  • Participate in creating strategic plans and objectives with senior management, and ensure commercial team has necessary training and tools to meet sales goals.
