Job Description:
The Aloha Crew Member is an opportunity that enables individuals a unique way to jumpstart their career in customer service and gain retail experience in a fast-paced environment. Not only will you help serve our products to our guests, but also engage in opportunities to advance your customer service and leadership skills.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Job Duties:

• Prepare our store for opening, including baking and prepping for the day
• Help serve our products with friendly and helpful customer service
• Welcome all of our guests with Aloha while directly portraying our "Share the Aloha" company motto
• Assist fellow crew members with FOH and BOH operations
• Regularly help fellow crew members maintain our store by following our company cleaning procedures and guidelines

Job Requirements:

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Be able to show up to all shifts on time
• Must be able to legally work in the United States and the State of Hawaii
• Have a flexible schedule
• Provide a Negative TB Test before your first day of work
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Upkeep of personal hygiene
• Requires the ability to reach, scoop ice cream, walk, bend, twist, and stand for long periods to perform all of the regular job functions
• Be able to lift & carry 25lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
