Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local dining, and attractions
- Process payments and manage daily cash drawer
- Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate as needed
- Perform light administrative and lobby cleaning tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented personality
