We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Hotel Shuttle Driver at LaQuinta Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North. As a crucial part of our guest experience team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' transportation needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate hotel shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from the airport.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting with luggage and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of shuttle vehicles.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while ensuring the safety of passengers.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff and guests to coordinate transportation schedules and provide timely service.
  • Represent the hotel in a professional manner at all times, exhibiting a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
