Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. No previous hotel experience is needed as we will train the right person in all aspects of the job. We offer a competitive starting wage and a weekly cash bonus.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Assist in the organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas for efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
