Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Conduct welding tasks for repairs or modifications of equipment.
- Oversee and manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide residential painting services as required to maintain aesthetic standards of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and address urgent issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Skills
- Proficient in electrical systems maintenance with hands-on experience in troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary for repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
