Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Client Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service and will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including billing, onboarding new clients, handling claims, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing processes and ensure timely payments are received.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring they understand our services and feel welcomed.
  • Handle claims efficiently and effectively, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date payment records.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Deepen client relationships through proactive communication and support, identifying opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of [1] year(s) of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance and financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Strong commitment to excellence in customer service and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
