As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are properly cleaned and organized in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations.
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed in a restaurant setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
