SUMMARY: This position is responsible for analyzing, planning, testing, implementing, managing, and maintaining automation to current and new district processes. This role will provide level 2 support to the computer technicians. This job also provides implementation, optimization and administration of Microsoft’s Active Directory and Office 365 systems.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- 1-3 years’ experience required.
- Experience can be substituted with progressive coursework in computer or information systems, or another related field
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
- Criminal background check required for hire.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), preferred
- CompTIA Network , preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES:
- Uses pertinent office software, diagnostic applications, and system applications
- Ability to upgrade skills periodically, or as needed
- Ability to travel between work sites, as needed
