Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and identify trends for improvement.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Train team members on upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using relevant software tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales management role within a dealership or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail math principles and inventory management practices.
