Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker & Packer to join our fulfillment team. You will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory and packing orders for shipment to our customers. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that plays a key part in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Pick customer orders accurately using packing slips or digital order systems *Ensure all items are correct and in good condition before packing *Pack products neatly and securely in appropriate shipping materials *Label packages and prepare them for shipping *Restock inventory as needed *Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area *Report any inventory issues or order discrepancies to the warehouse manager *Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., receiving inventory, organizing shelves)

Qualifications

*Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or packing experience is a plus, but not required *Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail *Strong sense of organization and cleanliness *Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods *Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented *Basic English reading and communication skills

Schedule & Compensation

*Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM *Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience *Perks: include employee discount, paid time off, 401K

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.50 - $22.00/hour.
