We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement & Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the sourcing of raw materials and help ensure the smooth flow of production operations. The role includes training on our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, making it easier to manage tasks efficiently. This position is ideal for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support
• Use ERP software to track procurement activities, supplier details, and inventory levels.
• Source and purchase high-quality herbs and raw materials through English-speaking correspondence with global suppliers.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Monitor stock levels in the ERP system and coordinate purchases to prevent material shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and shipment details.
Production Support
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure all materials needed for scheduled operations are available.
• Use ERP software to plan and track production schedules and progress.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
• Conduct quality checks and record findings in the ERP system.
• Assist in documenting production activities and generating reports as required.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, production, or related roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of GMP-compliant manufacturing is advantageous.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Interest or experience in herbal products or natural goods is a bonus.
