We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service & Shipping Assistant to support our operations. This role combines customer service responsibilities with managing and optimizing shipping processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of coordinating logistics, and skilled in using software to manage workflows effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Shipping Support
- Use company software to assign tasks to pickers and ensure efficient workflow.
- Train packers on processes and verify their completed orders for accuracy.
- Purchase and manage shipping labels, ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate shipping pickups with carriers and resolve any delays or issues.
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of boxes, packing materials, and other shipping essentials.
- Ensure the shipping area is organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
- Generate and review reports related to shipping and order fulfillment.
Customer Service
Education : High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $22.00 / hour.
