Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers and support staff.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
Resident Care and Support:
- Oversee the implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- Monitor residents' progress and well-being, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, therapists, and families to optimize care.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required by regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
