Compensation and Benefits
Our Nurse position has a wage range of $40.87 to $45.68 depending on your experience and background. We also have a referral bonus program.

Duties:
- Must hold a current RN license
-Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
-Over sees facility infection prevention
-SDC experience
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the nursing department
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing management

Summary
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will provide essential leadership in nursing administration, overseeing nurse management and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare.
