Position Description
The Laredo Country Club is seeking a friendly, outgoing, member-oriented and team player to join our Tennis / Pickleball Pro Shop team. This position is responsible for assisting members with merchandise needs, maintaining the pro shop's appearance, inventory, promoting tennis-related merchandise and programs, and social media creator
Delivering the BEST MEMBER EXPERIENCE for all members / guests is our number one priority. Being a team player is a must. 30-35 hours a week.
Position Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing team spirit.
- Prior retail and customer experience.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sales systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to learn new responsibilities and skills
- Highly motivate
