Laredo Digestive Health Center (LDHC) a GI Ambulatory Surgical Center in Laredo, TX has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team!
This position will work Monday and Tuesday from 7:00AM - 7:00PM.

What you will be working on:
- Admitting patients to the Center
- Assisting Physicians during procedures
- Following patients in recovery to discharge
- Overseeing patient and staff flow
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Additional duties include maintaining the emergency cart, ordering, and inventorying medication, giving pre-procedure instruction, and participating in Quality Management projects.
What you’ll know:
- A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- GI experience preferred, preferably in an ASC or GI Suite, but not required
- Current Texas (TX) RN license
- Knowledge of EMR and medical terminology.
- Previous critical care or PACU experience preferred
- BLS Certification/ACLS Certification preferred
- Must be a team-player with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
- Compassion for patient needs and a high degree of professionalism
