Equipment Operator
ALL employees will go through New Hire Training, Basic Employee Skills Training, and our Service Line Training Program to ensure our equipment operators are competent, safe and efficient in order to provide a high-quality service to put customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow supervisor guidance concerning all Frac related operations
- Assist in various aspects of hydraulic fracturing (stimulation) operations to include pre-job preparation, mobilization, rig up, on site operations, rig down, on-site maintenance, safety, environmental assurance, de-mobilization, and post job inventories and maintenance
- Assist in rigging up and rigging down Frac jobs to include the above stated equipment, and in general, will assist the senior equipment operators as needed
- Responsible for ensuring that all assigned equipment is properly functioning, and all applicable procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with company standards
- Complete all training requirements as outlined in Position Training Card and any required Equipment Cards (as identified on the Position Training Cards)
- Exercise independent judgement and discretion to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and company policies in performing all related assessments including any and all stimulations services job duties for which they have been trained and are qualified to perform, including manual labor, as necessary
Qualifications
- Physically capable of lifting 75 pounds
- Demonstrate the ability to perform any of the required duties, as directed, to include but not limited to, climbing ladders and/or stairs, working on equipment. Lifting, swinging hammers, and working in outdoor conditions
- No DWI convictions within the past three years or any current DWI charges
