Responsibilities
The Chemical Foreman will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of chemical operations, including planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and coaching.
- Maintaining safe and ethical behavior, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
- Developing and maintaining excellent team working relationships with production engineers, production foremen, field employees, and vendors.
- Providing innovative atmospheres for chemical technicians and vendors to operate within, to encourage chemical research and development opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years oilfield experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience as a foreman, assistant foreman, or equivalent.
- Detailed knowledge and expertise in a multitude of chemical operations.
- Effective project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Computer skills with working knowledge of Word Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
