About the Role :

As a Senior Air Agent at Largay Travel, you'll be at the forefront of creating seamless travel experiences for our valued clients. Leveraging your deep Sabre expertise, you'll manage all aspects of travel arrangements, from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating ground transportation and rail travel. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a schedule of 9 am-6 pm EST. We welcome applications from candidates across different states and time zones.

What You'll Do :

Expertly manage domestic and international travel reservations, including air, hotel, car, and train bookings, using the Sabre GDS.
Confidently handle ticketing, exchanges, refunds, schedule changes, and client profile management within Sabre.
Utilize TRES to effectively manage client relationships and preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client needs and resolving any travel-related issues.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient travel planning.
Effectively manage your time and workload, working independently to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date travel information.

What You'll Bring :

10 years of experience as a Sabre Air Agent, demonstrating a strong understanding of the GDS.

Advanced proficiency in Sabre, including expertise in ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and profile management.

Proven experience in booking domestic and international air travel, as well as hotel, car, and train reservations.

Familiarity with TRES is a plus.

Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry and its evolving landscape.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a proven ability to resolve client issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
