Responsibilities
- Prioritize the customer experience by committing to follow through on prospecting calls and ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
- Train and manage various teams to accomplish goals that enhance ownership experiences and increase consumer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review and set team and individual goals, and evaluate performance against departmental strategies.
- Foster a positive culture and team engagement. Motivate your team to achieve key goals and ensure that monthly departmental targets and gross profit objectives are met or exceeded.
- Address customer queries and concerns with genuine intent to resolve their issues promptly.
- Promote continuous growth and improvement within your team by engaging in educational opportunities and staying updated with industry trends.
- Analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans to elevate performance while being actively involved in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in alignment with the company's brand and image.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role with a proven record of increasing customer retention, bottom line results, and people leadership skills centered around coaching.
- Experience in cultivating strong working relationships with direct and indirect reports, inter-departmental managers, and larger dealer groups to support the entire business.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional work ethic with a commitment to providing outstanding customer-centered service while acting with integrity and the company’s best interests in mind.
- Growth mindset—open to continuous coaching, feedback, and support for personal and professional development, as well as fostering growth in your team.
- Resilient and adaptable to a changing environment and processes as the company evolves in a dynamic market.
