Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Parts counter department, including scheduling, technician performance, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the service team.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients.
- Manage service department budget and inventory.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified automotive technicians.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto service (Parts) management.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in automotive repair terminology and procedures.
- Experience with automotive repair software a plus.
- Ability to relocate to Dale, IN (preferred).
