Assembly must be willing to work in all required aspects of the job when needed. This includes assembly, disassembly, loading and unloading of trucks, cleaning parts, shop cleanup, shop maintenance and organization and assisting others as needed. Industrial Shop Hand ($15-$17 / hr)
Requirements :
1. Highschool education (preferred) or higher.
2. Subject to background and drug testing.
3. Mechanical background and aptitude preferred.
4. Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
5. Ability to interpret assembly drawings.
6. Able to safely lift 50 lbs.

1. Punctual and dependable each shift.
2. Continuous learning and application of Safety processes and use of PPE.
3. Receptive to instruction and direction by coworkers and management.
4. Continuous learning and understanding of our products and processes.
5. Cleaning and prepping of parts according to our standards.
6. Safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
7. Proper prep of components for storage, assembly or shipping per our required standards.
8. Maintaining daily and weekly assigned duties to maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
9. Assisting with loading and unloading trucks using cranes and tow motors under supervision.
10. Proper awareness around the use of heavy equipment Cranes, Tow Motors, Company Vehicles, etc. to avoid causing injury to self or others or damage when in use.
Salary : $15 - $17
