We are seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector to join our team. We are a leading worldwide supplier of custom-engineered air movement equipment that services the mining, industrial, transit, and utility industries. With our approximately 500 employees worldwide we have offered customer-oriented, innovative products and services for many years. The main responsibility of this position will be to accurately inspect precision-machined and welded parts to company standards and drawings.

- Inspect parts using various precision inspection tools and equipment, as well as visual inspection, to conform with company drawings and standards
- Write inspection reports with the project team and resolve quality issues
- Maintain calibration records of all tooling
- Implement and improve quality control operating procedures when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Previous work experience inspecting precision custom-made parts
- Ability to read and interpret machining and fabrication drawings a must
- Understand U.S./Imperial and Metric/ISO tolerancing and GDT systems
- Strong attention to detail
- ISO 9001 experience
- AWS CWI and NDT/NDE certifications a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel to and vendor shops when needed
- Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
