We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our talented team, and ensure every guest feels at home. If you’re a driven leader with a love for coffee, wine, and fostering community, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management & Leadership

• Lead and inspire a full team.
• Cultivate a supportive, inclusive workplace that promotes professional growth and teamwork.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to ensure staff delivers exceptional customer service and product expertise.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience, from morning espresso to evening wine tastings.
• Address customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional quality standards for both coffee and wine service.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain seamless operations and profitability.
• Implement and refine processes that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Vendor & Inventory Management

• Maintain relationships with coffee roasters, wine distributors, and other vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, keeping products well-stocked and organized.

Administrative Support

• Handle scheduling, payroll, and reporting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with budgeting and cost controls to maintain profitability.

Brand Representation & Growth

• Embody and uphold Cafe Largesse’s brand values of quality, community, and connection.
• Play an integral role in the growth of the cafe, including expanding its reputation within the Barton Creek and Austin communities.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in the food and beverage industry, preferably with coffee or wine experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment.
• Highly organized with time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering systems, and budgeting principles.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for both coffee and wine and a desire to grow with a community-focused brand.
