- Role: Design, modernize, and optimize the Active Directory (AD) infrastructure in line with best practices.
- Key tasks: Modernize AD, integrate with identity management platforms, develop AD domain security policies, conduct AD audits, manage DNS and DHCP services, maintain DNS zones and records, troubleshoot related issues, enforce identity and access management policies, provide support to resolve complex issues, and mentor junior staff.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain clear documentation for AD, DNS, and DHCP configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Promote best practices in AD management.
- Skills required: Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, analytical skills, experience in managing and modernizing AD environments, familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions, DNS and DHCP management, PowerShell scripting, experience with security protocols, and Microsoft or other related certifications.
- Preferable skills: Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments, automation tools, identity federation, SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and ITIL, CISSP, or other related certifications.
