We have an urgent requirements position with 3 years’ NET/C#/Java, Adobe Experience Manager Designer (AEM) Mid-Level Developer on the DMV Traffic Records Systems (TRS) team for the NCCRIS Project. TRS supports the DMV Crash Data Management and DOT Traffic Safety in collecting, analysis, and distribution of motor vehicle accident information. The chosen candidate will be part of the development effort to convert the TRS applications from Java to.NET.

- Documented experience developing applications using .NET/C#/Java, Adobe Experience Manager Designer (AEM), and GIT/Azure DevOps
- Documented experience developing applications using relational databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle)
- Documented experience developing applications using web services (SOAP and REST) and user interfaces (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
- Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design, cost analysis, estimating staffing needs, testing, documentation, and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Math, or Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience with ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Core
- Experience with object-relational mapper such as Dapper, Entity Framework
- Experience with testing frameworks such as nUnit, MSTest
