What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agile Scrum Master position at Largeton Group?
- Role: Agile Scrum Master – Lead
- Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, local)
- Lead and coordinate 3 agile teams under a unified program
- Use Agility toolsets to improve team velocity and performance
- Transition teams from working with Kanban to Sprint-based delivery
- Guide architecture, cloud engineering, and strategy teams to build and align sprint boards
- Act as the mediator between diverse teams while driving cohesion
- Challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to existing processes
- Act as Scrum Master and de facto Product Owner, defining priorities with leadership and tech teams
- Run all core Scrum ceremonies and serve as the agile compass across the initiative
- Thrive in an environment without traditional Product Managers or Owners
- PI Planning experience is a plus
- Stable work history
- Proven experience working closely with technical teams
- Spring experience and a Product Owner background are non-negotiable
- Solid understanding and application of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Hands-on experience using Agility as a tool
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Cross-industry agility is a bonus, prior airline industry experience is not essential.
