Key Responsibilities
- Management of end-to-end AWS cloud migration projects
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful migration
- Development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
- Conducting status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting
- Ensuring migration efforts align with company standards, security requirements, and best practices
- Management of budgets, vendor relationships, and internal resource allocations
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years managing AWS migration projects
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of AWS services, architecture, and cloud adoption frameworks
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- PMP, Scrum Master, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is desirable
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments or multi-cloud strategies
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and DevOps practices
- Understanding of compliance and security requirements in cloud environments
- Candidates must be local to the Boston, MA area.
