Responsibilities ::
- Analyzing complex VSP and criminal justice policies, processes, and computer systems
- Required to research state laws, policies, and processes in collaboration with VSP legal staff and management
- Must lead the implementation of policies, processes, and computer systems
- Responsible for applying organizational change management practices
- Expected to plan and coordinate communications with customers and stakeholders
- Will plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media in partnership with VSP public relations staff
- Required knowledge, skills and abilities include advanced computer skills, strong analytical skills, ability to create and manage project schedules, experience with organizational change management, customer relations skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
