Responsibilities
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to capture, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitating end-to-end traceability of requirements using Azure DevOps.
- Engaging with UX teams to create and convert mockups using tools like Figma.
- Conducting extensive process mapping and documentation using Visio.
- Leveraging Power BI for advanced querying and data visualization.
- Utilizing SharePoint for document management.
- Partnering with functional teams and business users to understand and document business needs.
- Collaborating with development leads to address any gaps in requirements or process flows.
- Transportation industry experience is highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Figma, and Visio.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to document requirements comprehensively.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and data analysis.
- The position requires a hybrid work model, with mandatory onsite presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Additional onsite days (2-4 per week) may be required during testing phases.
