Job Summary
- Title: Business Systems Analyst
- Location: Columbus, OH - Hybrid work environment
- Duration: 6 Months, possibly extendable
- Main Role: Provide systems support for assigned business unit or application; maintain, monitor, and update applications; test and implement new software or modifications; provide user training and technical support; develop and update documentation; act as liaison between software vendors and business unit.
- Requirements: 3 to 5 years’ banking experience, Agile experience, contact center experience, deployment of new IVR applications and enhancements, Microsoft Office 365 skills, requirement elicitation skills.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL or Oracle databases, advanced Tableau skills, Genesys Certified Associate, Talkdesk, Verint.
- Responsibilities: Lead assigned projects, maintain in-depth knowledge of applications, analyze existing systems or procedures, recommend business practices, develop operational procedures, create and maintain documentation, participate in off-hour production releases, incident and problem management.
- Basic Requirements: Agile System Development life cycle experience, experience as a business or systems analyst, experience in banking and contact center.
- Beneficial Experience: Bachelor's Degree, project planning and management, experience in waterfall and agile methodologies, eliciting and documenting functional requirements, producing process flows using Visio, strong technical skills and communication skills, experience with Microsoft products, ServiceNow platform, Agile collaboration tools, Genesys Cloud certification, experience with contact center systems.
