- Responsibilities: Developing change strategies, planning and executing Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, communications, learning support, resistance management
- Requirements: Able to drive project level change strategies, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change strategies execution, resistance management, stakeholder readiness assessment, building sponsorship coalitions, collaborating with internal Communication department, strong communication skills, managing change champions/advocates network, establish metrics and track progress, consulting on training design, development and delivery, post-implementation review
- Additional Skills: Proficient in Prosci Change Management model or similar process, experience with complex change situations in a matrixed environment, experience with large PeopleSoft or other Enterprise Resource Planning projects
