Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)

Mode of Interview: Call/Video
Key Responsibilities: Representing business interests, determining requirements with technology teams, creating a product roadmap for development, prioritizing work, ensuring alignment with product vision, keeping company leadership aware of product progress and status.
Experience: 9 years, with previous experience as a Product Owner in a hybrid agile methodology preferred.
Skills Required: Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies, excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ability to work independently, experience in financial services industry, knowledge in multiple asset classes, experience with central counter-party clearing, derivatives settlement, financial risk management, and regulated capital markets infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with relational databases and ability to modify and execute SQL using appropriate query tools a plus.
