Role: Data Engineer/Data Scientist

Duration: 12 Months- W2

Location: hybrid McLean VA (T/W/Th)

Overview

• Looking for a Data Engineer/Data Scientist or a Data Programmer/Data Analyst
• 5 years of experience
• Part of a product team will be on a model delivery project.
• How to build a story on Jira board
• Troubleshoot production logs. (at a later stage)
• Work with other Engineering teams.
• Will work with the engineering team business and will develop technical solutions
• Will be a combo of Data Analyst and Data Engineer.
• Have a lead and developer on the team
  
  

Must Haves

• Python (develop API and work with data)
• SQL
• R programming
• Data processing frameworks- Apache Spark, Cucumber, bitbucket and Pyspark (any 2 would work)
• Data lake- Snowflake
• JAVA
  
  

Nice To Have

• Informatica/ ETL to fine tune the data Preferred
• General leadership skills preferred (mentor and guide the junior developer)
